I would give 10 stars if there was an option. I honestly thought I’d never drive. I gave up learning 12 years ago after wasting a lot of time and money with two previous instructors who didn’t give me the right support or direction. They left me feeling discouraged and convinced that driving just wasn’t for me. I would get anxiety and panic attacks at the thought of driving and dreaded my lessons. I was so busy with work that I couldn't find time to do driving lessons with an instructor before my Practical Driving Test on 9th of July 2025. But Sarfraz, a staff of Pass At Once Ltd met me for the first time 1 hour before my actual driving test. He taught me salient and crucial details that I was struggling with previously, despite driving with international driver's license in UK for a year. It seemed really intense because of the very limited time of just 1 hour, but I learnt a whole lot from him in such a short time and passed my driving test that afternoon on my first attempt!!!
